The EI South Western & South Wales branch committee is delighted to invite you to the most important event in our calendar: the Annual General Meeting followed by a talk and networking.

Some of our core committee members are standing down this year, having completed their terms. So there will be committee vacancies to fill, and this is your chance to join in and shape the future of your branch, which links over 900 members across our diverse region.

Following the AGM there will be a lecture from Dr Rob Cooke from BuroHappold Engineering on Climate change mitigation and resilience, the importance of people and data: from strategy to delivery of award-winning results. BuroHappold will give insights into the work they have completed from a National policy level, to City and developer level down to delivery and post-occupancy interventions at the building scale, all of which has led to recent CIBSE and NCE100 award wins for building performance and climate resilience.

Schedule:
18.00 Arrival, drinks and networking
18.30 Branch AGM and election of new committee members
19:00 Evening talk with Dr Rob Cooke, BuroHappold Engineering
