Overview:
We are looking for someone to be responsible for providing administrative support to the Energy Institute's (EI) partnerships business area, facilitating communication between internal teams and external partners, and assisting with various partnership-related activities.

Key Responsibilities:
- Processing: Process sales orders/invoices, ensuring all details are correct and entered promptly.
- Customer support: Handle customer inquiries, providing timely and effective solutions
- Sales coordination: Assist the sales team with scheduling meetings, preparing sales reports and contracts and coordinating with other departments.
- Documentation: Maintain and update sales records, contracts, and customer information.
- Administrative tasks: Perform general administrative duties such as filing, data entry, and managing correspondence.
- Events: Attending events when necessary, with relation to learning, networking, and client relationship management
The knowledge, experience, and qualifications you need
Essential:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communication or a related field.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
- Excellent organisational and multitasking skills.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Experience in the sales industry.
- Knowledge of sales performance metrics and KPIs.
- Excellent at communicating — written, face to face and on the phone
- Proven experience as a Sales Administrator or in a similar administrative role.

Salary: £25,000 — £28,000 per annum, depending on experience.
