    Achilleas is an experienced professional, Chartered Engineer (CEng) with the IMechE and a Chartered Energy Manager with the Energy Institute. Further to his first degree in Energy Technology, he acquired an MSc in Energy with distinction from Heriot Watt University.

    Achilleas has worked on Energy Management and Energy Efficiency Programmes in the industrial sector. Activities include technical surveys to identify energy performance improvement measures, setting energy performance targets, developing and implementing continuous improvement strategies. He has worked extensively on energy data analysis, monitoring & targeting energy performance and process optimisation.     Graduating in 1999 with an MSc in Environmental Management, Alan has been an Energy Manager since 2006. Holding Charters in Energy Management, Fleet Management, Environment and Waste, Alan was trained by the Energy Institute to its highest European Energy Manager level in 2010; and awarded Energy Institute Fellowship (FEI) in 2018.

    Alan has personally completed compliant ESOS Building, Process and Transport audits for more than 160 companies specialising in manufacturing, construction, logistics and haulage. He also trains in energy efficiency and lectures on Environment, sustainability and climate change to MSc students at Middlesex University.

    Andrew is an energy engineer with extensive experience in the heavy manufacturing and high temperature industries, including steel, foundries, glass and aggregates.  He worked in the steel and glass industries for 20 years before moving into energy consultancy, and has undertaken furnace and energy projects in many countries spanning Europe, the Americas and Asia, as well as authoring technical papers for journals and speaking at conferences in the UK, Germany, Thailand, China, Taiwan and India.  

    More recently, Andrews main focus has been the glass, metals and engineering sectors, and has undertaken 19 ESOS projects covering many aspects of the manufacturing arena.  Other work has included SECR compliance, audits of ESOS compliance programmes for the EA, and assessment of applications for the Industrial Energy Transformation Fund for BEIS.
