Do you have experience in Energy and Utilities Management?

We are looking for an Energy and Utilities Manager at a pivotal time of transition and change for the organisation.

What you’ll be doing:

In this role, you will provide efficient and effective management of energy and utility expenditure, give technical expertise and support to surveyors and support staff, and assist the Head of Property and Estates with strategy and recommendations. You will identify areas with potential for reducing energy and utilities consumption and follow through with a measured action plan.

You'll have:

An ideal candidate for the role will also be / have:

• Proven experience working as an energy and utilities management professional, preferably with membership of an accredited professional body such as RPEC
• The ability to handle a large and varied workload.
• The ability to manage data associated with our energy consumption across our estate and to assimilate that into user friendly reports as required.
