Tripod Lite is a free to use incident investigation tool, designed for investigating simple incidents and near misses. With minimal training, it can be used by those expected to carry out minor investigations, including supervisors, managers as well as fully trained accident investigators. This 2-hour self-paced online training course will give new users the grounding they need to use Tripod Lite to investigate simple incidents and near misses. Consisting of videos, quizzes, case studies and information sheets, learners will be introduced to the Tripod Lite tool, the basic theory behind it, and then be taken step-by-step through the Tripod Lite methodology.
