It aims to provide existing oil and gas industry employees with deeper insights to the sector and to equip new recruits with sufficient knowledge and detail of the industry to understand employers' requirements.

Each module offers the flexibility for the delegates to complete at their own pace. Typically, one module will take approximately 1 week of distance learning time to complete. The materials provided consist of a mixture of factual text and diagram materials, tasks to consolidate learning and video clips to explain key processes and activities

Upon completion of this course, delegates should be able to actively identify roles and responsibilities associated with the career opportunities that exist in this sector of the industry. They should also be able to recognise the skill sets needed to successfully compete for and undertake specific positions typically offered within the industry.
