Event description:

The Energy Institute Young Professionals Network (YPN) of Aberdeen, Highlands & Islands invites you to our first soft skills workshop on “Wellbeing & Resilience’’ on Tuesday 11 March 2021.

As a result of the Covid-19 pandemic followed by the resultant lockdowns restrictions, plus the impact on jobs, EIYPN thought it would be an opportunity to share some skills on mental health. This free workshop build has been developed in collaboration with Lindsay & Lang Ltd, a people and culture consultancy who provide Wellbeing and Resilience workshops as part of their corporate wellbeing services.

This session will take place over a two-hour period. The theme will be Wellbeing and Resilience, with the content driven by the findings from the pre-event questionnaire which was emailed to you.

The session will be interactive and ensure Young Professionals finish the session more confident and knowledgeable about Wellbeing and Resilience. Information to support appropriate signposting will also be shared. The event is open to both EI members and non-members. Non-members need to register so that they can book to attend this event.

The EIYPN recognise that these skills are not taught at University, yet our organisations expect graduates and young professionals to be able to hit the ground running when they enter the workplace. We want to equip you with the skills to enable you to excel in your career.
