About this course:
This online course is designed to set out the knowledge, terminology and skills required to progress into leadership roles such as the roles of a Manager and a Director. It covers two key areas around leader language translation and ethics looking at topics such as how leadership aligns with an organisation's objectives, human capital, procurement, corporate governance and stakeholder management to name a few.
This course is self-paced and can be started at any time.
Qualification:
Successful completion of this course results in the EI Level 3 Certificate in Leadership for Energy Managers I - Leader Language & Ethics.
This course also forms one of the modules of the EI's longer Level 3: Advanced Energy Manager course and qualification. If you would like to complete the full Level 3 qualification, please visit the full course page to book.
Assessment:

"The difficult economic situation that we are going through must push loss-adjusting firms, based in Morocco, to open up more internationally. "Before the course, I had a little professional experience in domestic zero-carbon energy technology but I was inexperienced in any other theory and practical topic, audits etc. This provided me with the building blocks to understand this, including the calculations, quickly.
