About this course:
This online course is designed to set out the knowledge, terminology and skills required to progress into leadership roles such as the roles of a Manager and a Director. It covers two key areas around contracts and innovation looking at topics such as contract management, team management, entrepreneurship, product development and sales to name a few.
This course is self-paced and can be started at any time.
Qualification:
Successful completion of this course results in the EI Level 3 Certificate in Leadership for Energy Managers II - Contracts & Innovation.
This course also forms one of the modules of the EI's longer Level 3: Advanced Energy Manager course and qualification. If you would like to complete the full Level 3 qualification, please visit the full course page to book.

"Before the course, I had a little professional experience in domestic zero-carbon energy technology but I was inexperienced in any other theory and practical topic, audits etc. This provided me with the building blocks to understand this, including the calculations, quickly.
