About this course:
This online course focuses on the process of defining strategic outcomes and goals, setting out strategic plans and activities, measuring and assessing feedback of progress against activities and goals, and also on control mechanisms to change, correct and adjust activities when goals are not being met.
This course is self-paced and can be started at any time.
Qualification:
Successful completion of this course results in the EI Level 3 Certificate in Strategic Control Systems.

Assessment:
This course is assessed via a short online test.

"Before the course, I had a little professional experience in domestic zero-carbon energy technology but I was inexperienced in any other theory and practical topic, audits etc. This provided me with the building blocks to understand this, including the calculations, quickly.
