This event is now closed for bookings.
Hot on the heels of publishing the Generation 2050 Manifesto, young professionals from across the energy system are embarking on a year-long campaign to have their voices heard by industry and political leaders in the run-up to COP26. A series of international round tables will see young professionals share the concerns set out in the Manifesto and enter into dialogue with today's leaders.
This first Generation 2050 round table is a special free-to-attend session as part of IP Week 2021. The discussion between young professionals and leading figures from the world of energy and climate change will explore the current state of play in terms of global emission reduction commitments, the actions needed to bring them to reality, and other simultaneous challenges facing the global energy system.
