This award recognises work undertaken to bring new talent into the industry, as well as the provision of continuing professional development schemes for current workforces. It will look for in-house schemes that nurture talent and foster inclusion, the use of innovative learning solutions and collaborations between industry, industry bodies, academia and other partners.
